About Us
Shifa Ambulance Services is the dedicated emergency, inter-facility and inter-city medical transport arm of Shifa International Hospitals. Operational since October 2025, we extend the same standard of clinical care that patients trust inside Shifa out onto the road — staffed by trained paramedics and equipped for advanced life support. An ambulance should be more than a ride to the hospital. For a patient in crisis, the minutes in transit are often the minutes that matter most. That is why every Shifa ambulance is a mobile treatment unit, not simply a means of transport — carrying the equipment, medications, and trained clinicians to begin critical care the moment we arrive.
We serve Islamabad Capital Territory, Rawalpindi, and surrounding areas, providing rapid emergency ambulance response within a 45 km operational radius, with an average response time of 8–20 minutes. We also offer planned and scheduled inter-facility transfers, intercity ambulance services and medical standby cover for public events, corporate functions, and private gatherings. Available 24/7, our experienced team is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and professional patient care whenever and wherever you need us.

Our Services
Our ALS ambulances are staffed and equipped to manage the most critical emergencies — cardiac arrest, major trauma, stroke, respiratory failure, and more. Crews can deliver advanced airway management, cardiac monitoring and defibrillation, intravenous medications, and continuous critical care en route to hospital.
Safe and clinically supervised transport for stable patients requiring non-critical medical assistance.
Planned and emergency transfers between hospitals and healthcare facilities, including stable and high-risk patients requiring continuous monitoring. Services also support diagnostic appointments, dialysis, chemotherapy, day-care procedures and specialist consultations.

Beyond emergency response, we believe survival often begins with a bystander. We offer CPR / first-aid training for organizations and community groups, helping more people act confidently in the first critical minutes of an emergency. Our Fleet
Shifa Ambulance Services operates a fleet of ten vehicles — nine Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances and one Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance — maintained to a high standard of readiness and cleanliness.
Every vehicle undergoes a documented safety and equipment inspection at the start of each shift, and a full decontamination after every patient transport, so that each ambulance is ready, safe, and clean for the next person who needs it.
