Our ALS ambulances are staffed and equipped to manage the most critical emergencies — cardiac arrest, major trauma, stroke, respiratory failure, and more. Shifa Ambulance Services operates a fleet of ten vehicles — nine Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances and one Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance — maintained to a high standard of readiness and cleanliness.
Every vehicle undergoes a documented safety and equipment inspection at the start of each shift, and a full decontamination after every patient transport, so that each ambulance is ready, safe, and clean for the next person who needs it.
